Wilhelmina Weber – necklace with small sea urchin

The necklace pendant is a one-to-one cast of the shell of a sea urchin. A good friend of mine gave me this little sea urchin shell, which she found on the west-facing shore of Fanø. By proceeding very carefully, it was possible to make the impression of the sea urchin’s thin markings without breaking it. A small white topaz is placed in the center of the piece.
